As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you’ll work closely with our CEO to shape and execute innovative B2C marketing strategies, while exploring new entrepreneurial ideas within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for young entrepreneurs who are looking for their next venture and want to make a meaningful impact in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement high-impact B2C marketing campaigns aimed at attracting international students.
• Identify and leverage creative marketing opportunities to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive insights, and untapped growth opportunities.
• Experiment with viral and community-driven marketing approaches to engage key audiences.
• Partner with internal teams to develop compelling content, digital assets, and communication strategies.
• Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on scaling B2C marketing efforts while maintaining a hands-on approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven entrepreneurial experience, ideally having founded or been a part of a fast-growing startup.
• A strong background in B2C marketing, including experience in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for experimenting with unconventional marketing approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take ownership of impactful projects.
