Operation Associate (Guest Service)

Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozystay is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for an Operations Associate who will help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-outs, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
• Guest Issues and Inquiries: Address guest concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about the property, local attractions, and amenities
• Deadline Management: Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines as directed by the Property Manager. Report any delays or issues to the Property Manager in a timely manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that apartments are clean and well-stocked
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectations
• Handle guest feedback constructively and use it to improve service quality

Requirement

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
• Sociable and outgoing, comfortable interacting with guests from diverse background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, with a keen attention to detail
• Highly proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holiday
• Adaptable to changing schedules and able to handle high-pressure situation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and team member
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus
