Job description:

• Supplier management & Database
• Proactivly follow up actual order status to respective party as per deadline
• Procurement process (effective and efficient)
• ePurchase / ePayable
• Supplies availability (maintain at optimum stock)
• Effective supplier selection (from request up to execute - average 5 working days)
• Supplier audit (once a year) - Database must available
• Purchasing procedure - coordinate with QHSE, Cost Saving
• Maintain consumable stock (Freon, Digresser, Scalec carbon remover, other carton box, consumable items)
• Reporting : Car Useage & availability (monthly) - > email to BLMs
• Reporting : Business partner (GPS) - Quarterly
• Additional rule for TIER 1 : Vendor must provide existing customer list for reference
• Price change
• Part number creation
• Claim Process : DR & IAR, CN Monitoring, Stock Adjustment
  
  
  

Experience requirements:

3 years in purchasing, preferably from project company

Educational requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical
