The High Court recently delivered a judgment in the matter of CBL Insurance Europe Designated Activity Company (CBL). ALG is proud to have played a key advisory role in what Experian has described as the third biggest transaction in Northern Ireland’s corporate history.    The ALG Corporate team in Northern Ireland advised a consortium of investors on its acquisition of Phoenix Energy – a transaction accounting for £760m of almost £900m of deals referenced by Experian in Northern Ireland in the first half of 2024.
