The Irish #FinanceBill2024 has been published. It contains the measures announced by the Irish Minister for Finance in his Budget speech on 2 October 2024, in addition to other changes to Irish tax legislation. With the Bill having completed the first Stage of the legislative process, and the high possibility of an election at the end of November, it's likely this piece of long awaited legislation will move quickly towards becoming enacted.
