Last week, our annual Staff Training Day brought the Ashview Consultants team together in our Newry office. It was a day of practical learning, fresh ideas, skills sharpening and business updates. We shared insights, set new goals and talked about our company core values. And because it’s all about balance, we wrapped up the day with a pumpkin carving competition 🎃 Great team, great energy and a great reminder of why we do what we do. Check out some fun moments from the day ⬇️ #LearningAndGrowth #CompanyCulture #TeamBonding

We’re happy to announce the next individual being recognized in #CIFSafety24. During a site walk on one of our client’s projects involving the construction of a new data centre, Declan Havern was delighted to award Mihaila Adrian from Kirby Group Engineering with a bonus for his commitment to safety while working at height from a MEWP. Mihaila followed site rules and best practices by ensuring an exclusion zone was erected, tool tethering was in place, and he completed his daily pre-use checks on his machine. Co-Founder & MD at Safe365. International award winning Safety, Well-being and Risk Product (SaaS/PaaS)
Just wrapping up 4 weeks with clients and future clients across the Middle East, UK and Ireland. All focused on improving their safety and well-being cultures, driving down harm both physically and mentally and having a positive impact on business performance, sustainability and insurance outcomes. It never stops to amaze me the commitment and dedication of Executive and safety teams focused on wanting to reduce harm in the workplace. Whether they are in airports, airlines, FM, Local Authorities, Logistics, Tourism, Manufacturing, Transportation etc they are all driven by the same thing… creating a culture of care. It really is inspiring stuff. Apart from talking to existing and new clients about their safety culture and wellbeing journeys to date and what they are wanting to acheive it has also been great to make further in roads into the Middle East from Abu Dhabi to Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah and discuss with airlines, airports, tourism, government, logistics, FM and construction businesses about their aspirations to be the best at safety and well-being cultures globally or our new partnerships in Ireland as the focus there shifts from beyond compliance to safety culture at both business and government level. The Airport and Aviation Safety Culture Summit in London was a particular highlight bringing together multiple airports, airlines and their supply chains to discuss how they can at a systemic level lift safety culture maturity and capacity and wellbeing. Iconic brands in the room like Heathrow, London Luton Airport, London Gatwick, London City Airport, British Airways, United Airlines, Wilson James, Qantas, Mitie to mention a few, all focused on lifting overall safety culture capability, collaboration, benchmarking, innovation and insights. Not to mention the amazing thought leaders collaborating on how to make things better, faster, smarter. Well done to the Safe365 team in making the vision a reality. To all those businesses who aspire to making their workplaces and communities safer, aspire to creating stronger brands and better businesses through making their workplaces safer both physically and mentally go well. It was a pleasure to meet you all again and those for a first time it will be great to catch up again over the coming months. Thank you for your support… it really is appreciated.
