Our latest Irish SPV Tracker report reveals a net increase of 169 securitisation Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in Ireland over the 12 months to the end of August 2024, representing a 12.0% growth rate. The report also highlights that nearly 20% of Irish SPVs are Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), a category that has grown by 16.2% over the past year, fueling broader expansion in the securitisation sector.
