#ProjectProfile Axiseng was proud to lead the mechanical and electrical services design for the new headquarters for the National Transport Authority (NTA). With a tight timeline, the project was delivered in a phased approach to allow partial occupation while work continued. Particular attention was given to the high-level electrical services that required very detailed co-ordination due to the NTA’s high specification for IT, AV and security, over and above the typical office fitout, due to the nature of their work. Completed in September 2024, the 6,880m² development on Smithfield Square, Dublin 7, now serves as the new headquarters for the National Transport Authority, bringing together teams previously spread across multiple offices in Dublin 2. 👏 A fantastic achievement for all involved! #ProjectProfile Axiseng is proud to have led the mechanical and electrical services design for SEI’s new 2,323sqm (25,000sq ft) office at One Charlemont Square, completed in July 2024. This modern, sustainable workspace supports SEI’s continued growth in Ireland, accommodating up to 300 employees. The lighting throughout the fit-out has been completed to the LEED Gold standard. This includes daylight dimming throughout all spaces to reduce the energy consumption. A fantastic project, and we’re thrilled to see it come to life. Well done to everyone involved!
