Progress at our Waterfront site is in full swing with waterproofing, insulation, and pile cap rebar installation all underway – we are getting ever closer to completion. Watch the site in action below. We're thrilled that the site will be home to an impressive 300k sq. ft. NIA (Net Internal Area) HQ office building for a blue-chip company upon completion. Furthermore, we are working on two planning applications for the remaining area of the site. The first application is for 220k sq. ft. NIA of Grade A Office space spread between two eye-catching blocks. The second is for 400 residential units in 3 elegant blocks, which when complete will be expertly managed by our residential platform Libra Living.
