Farewell to Becki Johnson Today officially marks Becki Johnson’s last day as part of the Cavehill Consulting team, though a proper farewell celebration is already in the works. Becki joined us in January 2023, just after a very busy first year for the business. With her background in legal, operations, data administration, and teaching, she brought a wealth of skills that have proven invaluable time and again across a wide range of tasks essential to a startup. Starting as our Data Integrity Administrator, Becki quickly went beyond the initial requirements of data acquisition. She took on reviewing and securing PSL documents, managing RFI pitches, assessing and running our apprenticeship program, setting up mental health training, developing our employee handbook, and handling marketing and social media. She also played a key role in charity fundraising, all while being our resident baker extraordinaire! The list of her contributions goes on and on. Becki of course was promoted to Legal and Operations Manager, due to her wealth of experience. Becki has been an integral part of Cavehill Consulting’s culture, from office banter to driving growth in client and candidate acquisition. Even during the economic challenges of 2023 and early 2024—the most difficult times since 2008 for many businesses, especially start-ups—Becki stayed with us, helping to steer the ship through turbulent waters. Now that the economic storm is beginning to settle and recruitment needs are on the rise again, we are reaping the benefits of all the hard work Becki and the team have done during those tough times. In recruitment, our goal is to move people into opportunities that align with where they want to go. While it’s always hard to say goodbye to an incredible team member, colleague, and friend, it’s also rewarding to see them grow into new roles that allow them to flourish. Becki is moving on to a new role that will focus on developing her outstanding operations management skills on a broader, global scale.
