The Plan is part of a strategic initiative aimed at addressing the growing need for skilled workers in the offshore wind industry. He has spent years developing practical and cost-effective Energy & Sustainability roadmaps, empowering large organisations to achieve their sustainability goals. His work has included the design and implementation of energy projects, stakeholder engagement, and delivering informative workshops to deepen understanding of energy systems and initiatives. As a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers, Marcas is well-equipped to support our clients on their journey to greater efficiency and sustainability.
