Embracing “Newness” & Celebrating Connection! Every year brings change, growth, and new opportunities and this year was no exception! Our Company Day was a true celebration of what makes our team extraordinary. I’m incredibly privileged to lead such a talented group of people. Leadership isn’t just about titles here; it’s about how we show up, support each other, and push boundaries. In 2024, we focused on leadership in all its forms, and for 2025, we’re taking it up a notch with our theme: “Connected Leadership: Thriving through Collaboration and Innovation.” And wow—did we ever collaborate and innovate! From learning through play to thought-provoking discussions and an exciting innovation incubator competition, the energy was electric. The photos capture a thousand moments of creativity, teamwork, and sheer brilliance. It was an exceptional day, and as we step into our new fiscal year on April 1st, I am feeling energised for more “NEWNESS & CONNECTION”. Last week marked my 7th Company Day with Conference Partners International - PCO and I'm still impressed by the amount of effort that goes into bringing the entire team together. The programme was interactive as always, creating a space to connect with new colleagues and catch up with those I've worked alongside for years. It makes a real difference to the energy of the company after we have all been learning and collaborating together. Conference Partners International just wrapped up an amazing Company Day 2025! The theme this year, "Connected Leaders: Thriving Through Collaboration and Innovation," was a continuation from last year's theme of "Empowering to Lead". It was amazing to see the growth of our team's leadership skills that they have developed over the past year. Last week’s Conference Partners International - PCO 2025 Company Day was truly amazing! 🎉 Having returned to CPI 8 months ago, I can honestly say I am glad to be home. The support of my colleagues—whom I now call friends and family—has made all the difference. The last 14 months have been challenging on a personal level, but returning to CPI was the best decision I could have made. My smile proves a lot about how settled I feel here 😀 . From engaging interactive sessions with our wonderful SMT to insightful company updates, the day was full of value. A standout moment was Tom Parsons’ talk on the 9 Box Model, resilience, and success. His words really resonated with me. As Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much." This sentiment truly reflects the strength and unity I feel here at CPI. Last week Conference Partners International - PCO had our annual Company Day where we reflected on the year gone past and discussed plans for the year ahead. This year’s theme was around Connected Leadership and as part of the programme I got to be on a panel with Tom Parsons CEng FIEI mc’d by our own Caroline Roche (O'Sullivan). Tom gave a brilliant address about redefining success and what a balanced life can look like, lessons he learned after his horrific knee injury playing for Mayo. It was great to be able to share my own basketball journey and the life lessons I’ve learned from it. It’s not something I get to do very often with ‘non basketball’ people so I really enjoyed it, especially as it allowed me to reflect on an amazing journey, one that I wouldn’t change for the world.

Just travelling back from an unforgettable few days at the IAPCO 2025 Annual Meeting & General Assembly in Taipei. The warmth and hospitality of the people here made it so much more than just an event—it truly felt like being part of a global family. “We Are of a Tribe” couldn’t have been a more fitting theme. So many great speakers, so many brilliant conversations, and of course, the joy of seeing friends face-to-face to share ideas (and squeeze in a little karaoke!). Taipei worked its magic, and I’m heading home feeling inspired and grateful.
