Established in 2013, under the management of a team of highly experienced Civil and Mechanical Engineers, Córas have developed steadily to become a provider of choice to select blue chip clients such as Irish Water, NI Water, Phoenix Natural Gas, Kier Group, Diageo PLC, Seagate as well as Louth, Meath and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Councils. Based in Laytown, County Meath we operate a direct line, accountable, self delivery work model at Principal Contractor (PSCS) and Principal Designer (PSCS) level with integrated management systems accredited to EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, EN ISO 18001:2018, Safe T Cert, Achilles Supply Line and Acclaim. We are partners and active supporters of the Pipeline Industries Guild, Engineers Ireland, and the Trócaire Water Fund.

Our team worked overnight to restore water to 40,000 residents. Client: Veolia/Uisce Eireann Programme: 2 years  Value: 4.3m € Job Description: The Omeath agglomeration did not have a sewerage treatment works in place and was discharging straight to Carlingford Lough via an existing sea outfall. The project included construction of a greenfield WWTP to the north of the town, 2 new pumping stations one located inside the WWTP and the other on the Southern side of the village on the Shore Road.     Coras are pleased to announce the successful construction and commissioning of upgrades to Clara Ferbane Water Treatment Plant, right on schedule and within budget.    The milestone represents a significant achievement in providing clean, safe, and reliable water supply to the community. The Clara Ferbane WTP embodies Uisce Éireann Irish Water commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering on their promises. For the last four years, the Clara Ferbane Regional Water Supply Scheme has been highlighted by the EPA as one of the "at risk" drinking water supplies on its remedial action list. Upgrade works would "ensure compliance with current drinking water quality regulations and provide improved water quality for current and future generations" in the area.   Huge congratulations to our dedicated team, partners, and stakeholders for their hard work, expertise, and unwavering support throughout this journey.   • We are delighted to have successfully delivered another milestone project for Diageo at the Baileys Irish Cream Facility in Nangor Road, Dublin 12. Having constructed the new bottling store in 2020 Córas were re-commissioned to prepare and install a new concrete floor with integrated drainage, racking base and abutment walls. The Project was delivered by Construction Manager, Spencer Williams, working with our direct team and specialist formwork suppliers, PEKK Construction.
