The increased supply of wind energy last month pushed the wholesale price of electricity downward. Data suggests that last February was also the 'cleanest month yet' in terms of generated electricity. Ireland is already a success story in onshore wind & with long-term ambitious targets for offshore wind set to follow Ireland's first successful offshore auction, it's clear that Government policy for onshore & offshore is working, and will bring many benefits to the State. #OffshoreWind #PoweringProsperity https://lnkd.in/eu9uDAfd
