Our Glass Bottle team celebrated with other design team members the topping out of the 16 storey tower with spectacular views of Dublin bay, mountains and city recently. This is the third and final block in Phase 1 of this prestigious project. We would like to thank the team at John Sisk & Son Ltd for hosting the event, a significant milestone. 21SPACES are designing the ID at the amenities and can’t wait to provide updates over the next months as the project progresses to fit out. 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗢 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 Yesterday we hosted a topping out ceremony with our client Lioncor, key supply chain partners and designers to mark the topping out of Block O at Glass Bottle. There are 176 Apartments in Block O spread over 15 floors and it is built over a basement. The top of the building is of 60m tall. The tower has a unitised aluminium façade with glazed balconies. There is also 2KM of aluminium fins on the outside and over 10,000m3 of concrete. Thank you to all of our team and supply chain partners for their efforts to date! GLASSBOTTLE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🏗️ This week marks another milestone in the residential development of GlassBottle as we complete pouring of the final slab on Level 16 of Block O, finalizing the RC superstructure on the 3rd and final block of Phase 1[a]. Meanwhile, external brickwork is progressing swiftly across all elevations of Blocks K, M, and O situated along the Sean Moore Road. The transformation of 37.2 acres of former industrial land into a vibrant community is well underway. 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐞, 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤 - 𝐄𝐱𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐩-𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 The innovative façade design at Alta Verde, Cross Avenue, Blackrock has moved on and the modular cantilevered balconies and intricate exoskeleton are now in situ. The architects design pays homage to the mature trees on site and the newly installed exoskeleton Y frames which extend from ground to first floor are a reflection of the trunks of the nearby chestnut trees.
