Abdul Ahmed, the ‘Beekeeper of Inishowen’ will also be featured, sharing his insights into the unique craft of beekeeping. Abdul first met RTE’s Darragh McCullough, when he hosted our ‘Meet the Producers’ showcase during Local Enterprise Week in March. The show’s new presenter, Donegal man Stephen Robb, was also at the showcase. Two Donegal businesses are bringing their products to an international audience at Milled & Made in New York this weekend. Supported by #LEODonegal, Isobel Sangha of the Donegal Natural Soap Company and Shannon Carroll of Kevin Lowery Art are exhibiting at Milled & Made, which brings together the best of craft from Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Two members of a participating #EEN business are also on the trip, Sandra Coote and Rachael Sheridan of Crafts of Ireland The group is accompanied by Steven Perry of Local Enterprise Office Donegal.
