This latest phase will deliver a substantial number of new homes within a series of buildings ranging from 8 to 18 stories, making a meaningful contribution to the area’s housing provision. The design is particularly impressive - prioritising public transport and active travel while celebrating the site’s transport and industrial heritage. Beyond the architecture, the development will introduce new green spaces, play areas, and significant public realm enhancements, including widened pavements and an upgraded Bollo Lane to improve the pedestrian experience.
