Dublin City Council has issued a Call for Tenders for the establishment of two framework agreements (Single-Party framework and Multi-Party Framework) aimed at improving surface water monitoring in drainage or gully systems using low-cost Internet of Things solutions. This initiative is part of the city’s efforts to enhance flood monitoring and management, addressing challenges such as blocked or underperforming drainage systems. Both frameworks emphasize the use of resilient, low-powered sensors, data visualization tools, and a platform that enables city authorities to monitor drainage performance in real-time. The deadline for tender submissions is 11 November 2024. For more information, please follow the link www.etenders.gov.ie with resource id 4396393
