This Wednesday, July 24th, Dublin City Council held a successful event at Innovation Hub, CHQ, to launch the very first ‘Car Share Day’. As the world moves toward a more sustainable and greener future, car rental businesses are playing a crucial role in this global effort. Increasing the popularity of car rental services is essential for achieving an environmentally friendly and sustainable city. The purpose of launching this day was to create awareness about use of car share and to put this day on the map for future annual events. Linear Park between Cross Guns Bridge and Binns Bridge was opened last week as part of the #ActiveTravelNetwork Royal Canal Phase 3 project.
