Leadership Team days. More than just a catch-up! We're firm believers that a strong team means a strong business. On our Leadership Team day, we took a break from strategy for something different—axe-throwing, followed by dinner and drinks. Energystore has grown this year, both organically and through acquisition. So it’s essential to know the team personally, strengthen relationships and create an environment where we all feel connected. Our strategy, growth, and goals come to life when everyone feels valued and aligned. By aligning our leadership with goals, we’re thinking about where we’re going and how we can get there, with you—our clients—at the forefront of every decision. With a clear vision, we deliver results. Thanks to everyone who travelled far for this!

One year with energystore! It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since I joined energystore as Specifications Manager. Reflecting on this, here are 3 key lessons I’ve learned: 1. Sustainability Is the Future of Construction One of the most exciting aspects of my role has been seeing firsthand how sustainable solutions like our TLA® insulation are driving change across the construction industry. Energy efficiency and fire safety are no longer just nice-to-haves—they are non-negotiables. I’ve learned how critical it is to stay ahead of evolving standards and push for innovative solutions that make a real difference. 2. Collaboration Whether working with architects, interior designers, or construction teams, collaboration has been key to our success. I’ve seen how sharing knowledge and aligning goals early in the process can lead to more efficient and impactful outcomes. 3. Leadership Means Empowering Others One of my biggest takeaways has been the importance of empowering others. Whether delivering RIBA-approved CPD presentations or working with teams to specify the right solutions, I’ve found that helping others succeed is the best way to drive collective growth. I’m excited about what’s next with energystore. And working towards a future where sustainability and performance go hand in hand. P.S. It also helps to have great partners.
