Today is World Mental Health Day, a crucial reminder of the power of connection and support. At Engine Hubs, we know that remote work can sometimes feel isolating, but together we create a supportive environment where everyone is valued and heard. Here’s how we promote well-being within our community: 💚 Fostering Connections: We organise regular meetups, coffee breaks, and well-being walks, ensuring no one feels alone. 💚 Accessible Resources: Our workshops and resources focus on mental health, providing support when you need it. Let’s continue building a safe and inclusive space. Remember, it’s okay to reach out—sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out for help. 💚 #WorldSuicidePreventionDay #MentalHealthMatters #EngineHubs #CommunitySupport #RemoteWorkWellbeing

We were delighted to host the HBAN Southern Roadshow this week. Well done to all of the incredible companies who pitched for investment. 👏 #enginehubs #limerick
Excited to have been part of the HBAN Southern Roadshow at Innovate Limerick Engine. 17 incredible companies pitched for investment, showcasing innovation and entrepreneurship at its best. It was a pleasure to join the Echosystem Panel alongside Gillian Barry (TUS) and Mary Casey (New Frontiers TUS), as we discussed the valuable supports available through Enterprise Ireland HPSU and InterTradeIreland. During the ‘Ecosystem Panel: It Takes a Village,’ we highlighted the essential role of New Frontiers, LEO, and Enterprise Ireland in supporting and nurturing new ideas. Amazing to see how these programmes come together to foster the next wave of businesses! #HBANSouthernRoadshow #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #Investment #EnterpriseIreland #InterTradeIreland #NewFrontiers Enterprise Ireland TUS - Mid West Careers and Employability InterTradeIreland Local Enterprise Office Tipperary Gillian Barry Anthony Fitzgerald LEO Limerick
