Dr. Margaret Quinn from #Ernact delivering an insightful presentation on #DonegalDigital and its relevance for women in STEM careers at the at #InterregEurope funded WeSTEMEU project meeting. When asked about the presentation she said "I was delighted to be asked as I believe getting more women into STEM can bring great opportunities to women, can reduce the skills gap in our region and get more gender balance in STEM careers". At the meeting held in CoLab she further stated "I presented the Donegal Digital partnership, its Action plan and how STEM skills are foundational across all areas of the plan and are key enablers for regional development. My talk also highlighted the communications activities of Donegal Digital promoting local women tech workers and women tech entrepreneurs. Looking forward to further collaboration with WeSTEMEU on how to support the take up of STEM careers by women".
