"evcoms are working with our clients to validate the identity of customers as they enter service channels. We do this by providing Passive Voice Biometric solutions that listen and determine who is interacting with your business. We can identify the characteristics and behaviors of callers and create a voice print. Using software algorithms, we can identify this voice print. In some cases, accuracy is 99%, and we continuously verify to protect vulnerable customers.   In addition to verifying, we have the ability to manage password changes and identify fraudsters. We create the voice print during natural conversations rather than using an ID&V process. We can verify digital channels with a voice pathway, creating a one-time voice password, and we can identify and enroll bad actors using their voice print to prevent fraud.   All of this can be hosted locally, in the cloud, or in a hybrid solution. This allows us to support financial institutions where security is paramount.
