Often large images are the main cause of a slow website. Using tools like GTmetrix, you can roughly identify how long it takes your images to load on a page. There are a whole suite of tools available to optimise imagery - Premium tools like Smush or Photoshop can reduce the file size of your image without compromising the quality, significantly reducing server response times and creating a more efficient website. There are also free tools available like TinyPNG. While this is limited to optimising 10 images at a time, this limit shouldn’t hamper any websites other than large e-commerce brands. Please visit our website to learn more and follow a step-by-step guide on how to use the GTmetrix tool. #PhotoOptimisation #WebsiteResponseTimes #WebsiteQuality

Gain a real-world perspective on how users view your website! With 60% of global traffic driven by mobile devices, it is important to be aware of both mobile and desktop users’ experiences with your brand. Mobile browsing has become extremely popular in today’s market, especially in B2C, where 70% of online traffic comes from mobile users rather than desktop. By checking your website speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights you will get an accurate representation of your average users’ experience on both mobile and desktop devices, followed by a detailed report with useful suggestions. #MobileBrowsing #OnlineTraffic #OnlineExperience #UserEngagement

Use this free tool to identify your website’s performance! By using Google PageSpeed Insights it allows your business to review the following: - Speed in which it takes the first element on your page to load. - Speed in which the page becomes fully interactive i.e. animations and effects - Specific issues on your page that cause slower load times For an accurate representation of data it is recommended to run this 2-3 times, either after creating a new webpage or making significant changes to one. Please see our website to learn more and follow a step-by-step guide on how to use Google PageSpeed Insights. #FasterWebsites #GooglePageSpeed #WebsitePerformace #WebsiteReview

70% of people say that website speed influences their likelihood of buying a product. This is why it is important to minimise load times on your website. The popularity of large multi-national retailers like Amazon is due in no small part to its fast, reliable website load time. By having a slow website, users are more likely to leave your page with no interaction at all! This is what’s called bouncing. Keep customers from seeking alternatives to your brand by maintaining a low bounce rate, as even 5 seconds of load time could cost you 38% of your potential customers. Make your website the faster alternative that customers switch to! #OnlineShopping #ReliableWebsites #WebsiteViews #WebDesign

But the latest data shows that even after 5 seconds of load time, your website has already lost 38% of its users. By improving your website’s speed you are providing a more positive shopping/browsing experience for your customers, increasing user engagement and sales.
