Opportunity Alert 📢 📢 Oxfam is looking for a Communication Consultant to support its Transboundary Rivers of South Asia Phase 2 (T2:3R) program, which aims to enhance cooperation in the governance of shared water resources and strengthen climate resilience for communities in the transboundary Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna (GBM) river basins. This program, funded by the Swedish Government, builds on Phase 1 (2017-2021) and focuses on communities in Bangladesh, Nepal, and India. This initiative aimed to improve the socio-economic conditions of rural communities by enhancing agricultural practices, diversifying income sources, and promoting community-led development. ◾Project Overview The project focused on strengthening rural resilience through improved agricultural techniques and expanding economic opportunities. It also supported the active involvement of women, youth, and vulnerable groups in community development. ◾Purpose of the Endline Survey The primary goal of the survey is to assess the project’s overall impact, including improvements in living conditions, the expansion of agricultural businesses, and increased agricultural knowledge among beneficiaries. It will also evaluate how effectively the project promoted Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and supported the sustainability of economic activities. ◾ Responsibilities Research Design: Collaborate with the MEAL Manager to create a comprehensive methodology and design survey questionnaires.
