HealthBeacon is delighted to share that our Pathfinder Risk Management Platform has received a High Commendation in the Improving Medicines Safety category at this year’s Health Service Journal Patient Safety Awards. The High Commendation recognises Pathfinder's contribution to improving the safety of cancer patient care in the NHS and is a reflection of the terrific collaboration between HealthBeacon, Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, British Generic Manufacturers Association (BGMA), NHS England, PharmaCare Group and supported by so many others.    Pathfinder is an innovative digital patient safety platform delivering a standardised national lenalidomide pregnancy prevention programme which protects patient safety, saves clinical time and delivers increased medicines value.     Since its launch in October 2022 over 4,200 UK HCPs have used Pathfinder to issue 38,389 prescriptions to 13,602 cancer patients.
