Hooke & MacDonald Research reveals trends in new home purchases in Ireland from 2016 to 2023. Notably, first-time buyers remain the top group, increasing their share to 33%. Meanwhile, public sector purchasers, including the LDA and AHB, now account for 26%, a significant rise from previous years.
