    The leadership process, its impact and its influence show up in different ways. There is no one right way to be a successful leader. When it comes to your employees and teams, pay attention to those who help, inspire, mentor and teach others. These people are your leaders.  Take a moment to notice their actions, recognise their worth and say a genuine thank you.
