We are proud to work alongside the National Disability Authority again this year to help promote Universal Design through their Centre for Excellence in Universal Design. The NDA is an independent statutory body, providing information and advice to the Government on policy and practise relevant to the lives of people with disabilities. The Centre for Excellence in Universal Design is dedicated to the principle of universal access. Universal access allows the people of Ireland to participate in a society that takes account of human differences. It lets everybody interact with their environment to the best of their ability. The team within the Centre works hard to develop guidelines and highlight good practice in relation to Universal Design. Universal Design is leading to a better future for all, and the IDI are grateful for the support of the CEUD. #IDIAwards2024 #institutedesignersireland #IDI #bestofthebest
