Hope you don't mind me "quacking" too much in the video 😉 https://lnkd.in/eTbk46e5

DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB BEFORE YOU DO THIS What can you do to PREPARE to start your own company while working in a hired position? Today is a little bit of a shady advice, but I felt like we needed to sit and talk about it. I’ve met people who want to start a business, but they haven’t prepared a bit: not even a LinkedIn account. No connections. No clues about where to find valuable people. And oh DO people matter in business... Let’s go 👇👇👇 https://lnkd.in/eZ4PqcWw

Now, I have some doubts as to this one. According to the recent research/surveys, here's how clients choose their vendors (IT service providers). This is what they pay attention to, when starting to work with a new outsourcing company, here's what matters to them... etc etc. And I have some thoughts to share with you on what we have here: https://lnkd.in/eMhpyTY4

The major question for every service provider is: where do we get the clients? What sales channels should we focus on? Is LinkedIn any good now? 🤔 According to my recent experience and the statistics that back it up, there are some uninspiring news. No, we are not all of us hopeless and stupid because we don't get any response from our LinkedIn campaigns. It's because this channel is not responding as it used to, and there are multiple reasons behind that. Here are some alternative (and faster) ways to get you clients. Which of these have you used? And how did they work for you? 🧐 Which you still haven't? And which would you like to try?.. 🧐

Happy start of the week, top guns! Got interesting data coming in: According to research, 70% of engineers, laid off from IT companies, continue to work in IT, specifically seeking jobs in SaaS companies and online marketplaces. The remaining 30% explore new industries—finance, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. 🔍 78% of them prefer companies with 50-500 employees, while others consider the possibility of working in small companies and startups. 🔍 According to BizReport, one in thirteen of the 100 laid-off engineers transitions to freelancing or starts their own business. Former Meta employees show the greatest activity in this direction: one in three of them starts their own startup. ❓So why do people start their IT companies? Money, ambitions, or/and something else? 👇👇👇 Let's address 3 most common reasons for this IT startup madness 👇👇👇 ✍️ Profit. Research shows that, with proper management, it is possible to achieve a profit of around $100,000 annually with a team of 5-6 developers. Optimistic forecasts indicate that this is achievable even with 3-4 specialists (depends on your expertise I guess). ✍️ Delegating management. Over time, you can delegate the company's management and then devote up to 2 hours a week to the company, focusing instead on new projects, finances, investments, education or whatever. ✍️ Selling the company. I heard of a case of selling a company with only 10 engineers for 1 million dollars. 🙀 (I admire that person, I truly do!). And even though I can't imagine what their annual profit should've been like, I can confirm that this is a real path to significant income. Even if you sell your company to your cofounder? You're still well off! The main thing is to have a strategy and an understanding of how to move from point zero to the goal. What goal would YOU pursue (behind starting a company)? Share with me! 👂👂👂👇👇👇

Happy Monday, Top Guns! Out of pure curiosity, I've created a map of my clients. The results were amazing - I couldn't fit all the countries I worked with on 1 page! And I wanted to make it beautiful and visual and concise 🤓 Can you find YOUR country on the slide? 🧐 If not, maybe it's time to add it?.. 😏😉 #itentrepreneurschool #itentrepreneur #1on1coaching
