Ivy Brazil Supports Yellow September: Promoting Suicide Prevention At Ivy Technology, we recognize the importance of raising awareness about mental health. In Brazil, September is dedicated to suicide prevention through the Yellow September campaign, which began in 2015 and has since become the world's largest movement against mental health stigma. The 2024 slogan, "If you need help, ask for it!", emphasizes the critical need for individuals to seek support when they need it most. Suicide impacts communities globally, and raising awareness can help save lives. As part of this initiative, Ivy Brazil participated by sharing small tokens of kindness, reminding us all that simple gestures can have a profound impact. At Ivy, we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels safe to seek help and share their struggles. Louisville celebrates Mexican Independence Day Ivy Technology Louisville celebrated Mexican Independence Day with a special event featuring a delicious spread of authentic Mexican food prepared by our Hispanic employees. It was a wonderful opportunity for our team to come together and explore the rich tastes and traditions of Mexican culture. Celebrating Family and Diversity at IvyFest Szombathely Ivy Szombathely hosted its 3rd annual Family Day this autumn, bringing together colleagues and their families for a day filled with fun, food, and connection. Despite the warm weather, the outdoor celebration was a hit, featuring a variety of delicious dishes—including beef stew, strudel, and incredible African and Asian cuisine prepared by our talented team members. The day was packed with activities for all ages, from kite-making to relay races and an Ivy-style “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” A huge thank you to everyone who made the event a success, and special recognition to our Kenyan and Asian colleagues for their outstanding culinary contributions!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Ivy Technology This October, Ivy Technology proudly came together to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Across our global sites, we hosted a variety of events to emphasize the importance of breast cancer prevention and early detection. From wearing pink to participating in health screenings and educational talks, our employees joined forces to raise awareness and promote life-saving measures such as self-examinations and mammograms. Specialists shared valuable insights on early diagnosis and women’s health, encouraging everyone to take proactive steps and spread the message within their communities. We are proud to stand with our global workforce in raising awareness, promoting education, and taking action in the fight against breast cancer.
