Key Patent Innovations Limited were thrilled to join An Taoiseach Simon Harris, Minister Catherine Martin, T.D. Ambassador Niall Burgess and Sarah Keane at the Irish Embassy in Paris today. As a small island on the edge of Europe, and with France being our closest European neighbour, it was a poignant start to our Olympic games. We learnt today that Simon Harris was the first Taoiseach to visit an Olympic village. Highlighting the support structure around our athletes, he praised the wider Olympic family that helps #TeamIreland reach for their goals and compete on the world's biggest sporting stage. And he very aptly wished Mammy Wiffen, a very happy birthday too! What a great start to celebrate her special day. Daniel Wiffen OLY #Paris2024 #Olympics

It's the final countdown... here's a 90 second lookback at some of the smiles we've had the privilege of sharing with our athletes and countless others since becoming a proud partner to the Olympic Federation of Ireland. The excitement is palpable, let the games begin. Another common denominator between Key Patent Innovations Limited and the Olympic Federation of Ireland... rapid growth. While our employee headcount more than doubled in the last year, the OFI's investment in the Paris Olympics more than tripled. We both understand the importance of investing in our people, in our athletes. We want them to do and, putting it mildly, to be their very best, whether it's tearing down and reverse engineering a product, to dissecting the anatomy of a patent, or sprinting for their lives on the worlds biggest sporting stage. As Gavin Noble said recently in the run up to these games, "You can't have performance without the brand, and you can't have a brand without performance." We cannot think of a better brand to partner with and couldn't be prouder of our athletes, their support teams, the staff within the OFI and Peter Sherrard for his incredible leadership skills. On the eve of the Paris games, we wish our athletes and their families all the very best for the #Paris #Olympic games. https://lnkd.in/eGXVPcg2 Ian Mallon | Irish Examiner

Key Patent Innovations Limited wish our Men's Irish Rugby Sevens the very best of luck today when they kick off in the Stade de France against South Africa at 16:30pm (IRE). Meeting both Harry McNulty OLY and Lucy Mulhall at the Official Team Day organised by the Olympic Federation of Ireland was inspiring to say the least. Bonne chance lads, and go get 'em! #TeamIreland | #Paris2024

Really looking forward to joining this panel and discussing such an important topic for IP professionals #worklifebalance #mentalhealth #staffwellbeing
📆𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘!📆 We are delighted to announce that on World Mental Health Day in October, our founder Anna Molony will be chairing a discussion about supporting wellbeing in the IP professions. The webinar will be a collaboration between IP Inclusive, The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys, The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and Jonathan's Voice and is free to attend for anyone who works in the UK’s IP sector. Covid-19 and the resultant new working arrangements have had an impact on our community’s wellbeing and mental health – not forgetting, of course, the effects our often high workloads can have on stress levels and work-life balance. With the growing importance of mental wellbeing, work-life balance and inclusivity as factors in how happy and productive we are at work, World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to focus on these issues and talk about what the IP professions are doing. Our panellists will share their own challenges and experiences, and will share some solutions which they have seen successfully implemented. There will also be the opportunity for the audience to share their experiences and to ask questions directly to the panel. The panellists are: 🔸Michael Carter, Partner, Intellectual Property Law and Head of Automotive IP (UK) at Gowling WLG 🔸Angela Quinlan, Managing Director at Key Patent Innovations Limited 🔸Penelope Aspinall, Mental Health Consultant, Jonathan's Voice 🔸Heather McCann McCann, Partner, EIP ➡ To find out more information, visit the IP Inclusive website here: https://lnkd.in/eeR8etmg ➡ To book your place, visit the CIPA website here: https://lnkd.in/eiFD7dsg ➡ To stay informed on this event plus gain valuable IP insights, updates and news, sign up to our monthly Two IP newsletter here: https://lnkd.in/daDxzuYd

Our #TeamIreland Swimmers were out in force to meet their supporters at the National Aquatic Centre yesterday. Watching them push through so many lengths, drills and synchronised strokes to emerge with smiles on their faces was just amazing. Testament to their dedication, commitment and love for their sport. Key Patent Innovations Limited wishes them and the coaching team the very best of luck for #Paris2024. Olympic Federation of Ireland | #Olympics Daniel Wiffen OLY Dr Jon Rudd Roisin Jones Kieran J.
