Our annual Halloween party is a wonderful opportunity for the children of our Team, our community and of course our guests to come together and celebrate with lots of dancing & treats! With thanks to our fantastic Team for hosting and all our in-house creative's who decorated for the special night.

Extending our Best Wishes and thanks to our three Erasmus students who are finishing up their work experience with us this week.   Nina, Loann and Florana, pictured here with our operations manager Jaco, joined us for 4 weeks as part of their Erasmus programme from Château des Coudraies – a renowned culinary & hospitality school in France.   The students got the opportunity to work alongside our award-winning Kitchen & Restaurant team and developed their skills and knowledge while working with Irish Cuisine and produce.   We wish them all the very best as they return to France and look forward to continuing our relationship with Château des Coudraies.

We are delighted to announce that our colleague Monica Feeney has transitioned into a new role here at Kilronan Castle Estate and Spa as Business Development Manager. This role is a strategic move for the Hotel which will see Monica focus on driving our corporate business further and expanding our National and International brand awareness in both our leisure and tour market segments. Monica has been a stalwart of our Sales & Marketing team for many years and having already been promoted to Deputy Sales & Marketing Manager this is a further professional development opportunity for Monica, one which we are very happy to support. Congratulations to our colleague Isobel Moore who has successfully completed our trainee Duty Manager Programme. Having joined our team in 2022 Isobel quickly established herself and became an F&B Supervisor in 2023. She then undertook a 6 month placement within the Hotel on our Trainee Duty Manager Programme which gave her an opportunity to rotate across all Departments. Alongside this Isobel successfully completed a Diploma in Hospitality Supervision & Leadership through MSLETB - Skills to Advance. The inhouse trainee programme together with the Diploma has given Isobel the foundations to continue building a successful career in Hospitality and she is now a key player within our Management Team. We are delighted to help support our colleagues in building a career within our exciting and rewarding industry.
