Last week we celebrated National Apprenticeship Week 🥳 We held drop in sessions across our hotels for our colleagues to find out more information on the different apprenticeships available to them and shared some success stories. We offer a range of apprenticeships for different levels and pathways in Housekeeping, Kitchen, Front Office, Food and Beverage and Management. We work with a few Apprenticeship providers across England to offer the best learning and development for our teams and support them along the way ⭐ Here's a little peak of some of the team who have successfully completed an apprenticeship with us and are well on their way to accomplish their career goals🚀

We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted in four categories for the Springboard Awards for Excellence 2025🌟 ⭐Talent Development Team of the Year Award ⭐Career Development Initiative Award ⭐Best Training Programme Award ⭐Best Apprenticeship Strategy Award Congratulations to our Learning & Development team on the nominations🥳They are constantly looking at ways they can develop our teams, offering development opportunities across all levels. Their passion for continuous development is outstanding and continues to bring success to individuals. Also, congratulations to our very own Benjamin Sutton who has been shortlisted for the Springboard Ambassador of the Year Award🥳 Ben started at The Grand Brighton 6 years ago and his passion for the industry and guest experience earned Ben his promotion to Junior Events Manager. In June last year, Ben won the Acorn Award representing 30 under 30 and was proud to be selected by The Hotel Magazine as a finalist for their Unsung Hero Award.
