We were delighted to attend the Topping Out Ceremony at the Glass Bottle site. This ceremony marks a significant milestone in this project, celebrating the topping out of Phase 1 Glass Bottle. Phase 1 consists of 570 homes in three separate blocks fronting onto the Sean Moore Road. Upon completion, the Glass Bottle site will see the delivery of over 3,800 residential units, over one million sq. ft. of commercial space, as well as significant community and public open spaces. A significant construction milestone was celebrated recently at Glass Bottle, Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4. Together the development team (Ronan Group Real Estate and Lioncor) delivered the “topping out” of two of the three residential blocks in the first phase of the development. This first phase will deliver 570 residential blocks, which forms part of the wider Glass Bottle development which aims to deliver 3,800 residential units plus over one million sq. ft. of commercial space as well as considerable amounts of community and public open space. The development of Glass Bottle will see the transformation of 37.2 acres of industrial land into an integrated and vibrant new place for all Dubliners. The ambition and vision for the site is to create a new balanced community made up of 3,800 private, social, affordable and rented homes along with next generation workspaces. Glass Bottle on completion will provide new homes for approximately 10,000 residents and a similar number of workers on a fantastic bayside location.
