🌟 Supporting Menopause Awareness at Zertus 🌟 At Zertus, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, and we’re proud to celebrate World Menopause Day. Over the past two years, our Confectionery HR Manager, Amanda Swann, has led the way in raising awareness and offering vital support through dedicated training sessions, support groups, and expert guest speakers. Today, Amanda is hosting two sessions across the Zertus UK & ROI (Humdinger, Kinnerton Confectionery and Lir Chocolates), welcoming those interested in learning more about menopause—whether they're experiencing it personally, supporting someone at work or at home, or simply curious. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered and informed. Amanda also holds a monthly online "Time to Pause" meeting, where employees can share their experiences and receive support, fostering open conversations that highlight how menopause touches all aspects of life—whether as a colleague, friend, partner, or relative. The courage shown by those sharing their personal stories has been inspiring and transformative.
