Members of our Community, Sport and Integration team participated in the 2025 Young Social Innovators Speak Out Tour, which was held at The tlt concert hall & theatre, drogheda on Wednesday 19th March.

🚧 Narrow Water Bridge – Project Update 🚧 Our Bridge Construction Consulting team is back on site after the St. Patrick’s Day 🍀🇮🇪 holiday, ready to push forward with the next phase of work. Last week, we welcomed David John Hartmann from Hünnebeck by BrandSafway for a site visit, alongside our BCC General Manager Jose D. It was a great opportunity to introduce the site team to Hünnebeck, showcase our progress, and review the performance of the formwork system in action. We also had valuable discussions with our client, BAM UK & Ireland, about upcoming milestones. Work is progressing steadily, and we’re now gearing up to start on the North Bascule Abutment towards the end of this month, which is another key step forward in the project. 🗽 At the invitation of the County Louth Society, officials and elected members from Louth County Council travelled to New York to take part in this year’s St Patrick’s Day festivities. ☘️ Throughout their visit, they engaged with members of the diaspora and state agencies and business representatives working in the USA before proudly participating in the renowned St Patrick’s Day Parade.

🗽 🇮🇪 Ahead of the New York St Patrick’s Day Parade, our Chief Executive David Conway, Director of Services Thomas McEvoy, Cathaoirleach Kevin Callan and Councillors John Sheridan, Sean Kelly and Pio Smith received a very warm welcome from everyone at The Consulate General of Ireland, New York on Friday.
