🗣️“Everyone in County Louth, and indeed all of Ireland, should be immensely proud of Kate’s incredible success. Her talent, determination, and drive are truly inspiring and on behalf of Louth County Council, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Kate, her father and coach Michael, and the entire O’Connor family. I have no doubt she will continue to achieve even greater success in the future.” Our Chief Executive David Conway, speaking about Dundalk athlete Kate O’Connor, who won silver in the pentathlon at the World Indoor Championships in China on Friday, ending Ireland's 19-year wait for a medal. https://lnkd.in/eNn3uk3H

🚧 Narrow Water Bridge – Project Update 🚧 Our Bridge Construction Consulting team is back on site after the St. Patrick’s Day 🍀🇮🇪 holiday, ready to push forward with the next phase of work. Last week, we welcomed David John Hartmann from Hünnebeck by BrandSafway for a site visit, alongside our BCC General Manager Jose D. It was a great opportunity to introduce the site team to Hünnebeck, showcase our progress, and review the performance of the formwork system in action. We also had valuable discussions with our client, BAM UK & Ireland, about upcoming milestones. Work is progressing steadily, and we’re now gearing up to start on the North Bascule Abutment towards the end of this month, which is another key step forward in the project.
