Development Officer Claire Flynn and Mental Health Ireland supported a Healthy Clare Menopause and Wellbeing Event at Glór Theatre recently. The excellent speakers and large attendance highlights how information on wellbeing is still of interest to the community. The Nearby Nature project by Wexford Mental Health Association in conjunction with HSE Health Promotion and Parable Garden's Education Centre is an innovative project that immerses people in nature. Participants explored their creativity and experienced the potential of local natural spaces to support their own wellbeing, that of their families, and the wider community.
