  • We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Women's Empowerment Convention 2025 at Münster Castle! Huge thanks to our partners REACH 💚🩷 for featuring NatAlli at this inspiring event. From powerful keynotes and thought-provoking panels to hands-on workshops on new work, diversity, finance & venture capital, the convention was all about shaping change in the start-up ecosystem.  Special highlight: A meet-up at the REACH stand for those interested in mentoring via NatAlli with our project co-ordinators FH Münster represented by Nelli Scharapow and Deborah Hune. Together, we’re building a fairer, more inclusive future. #NatAlli #ErasmusPlus #UkrainianWomen #WomenEmpowerment #Mentorship #ProfessionalDevelopment

  • At the current pace of progress, it could take until 2158—five generations—to achieve full gender parity, according to the World Economic Forum. That’s why this year’s International Women’s Day theme, "Accelerate Action," is a powerful call to address the systemic barriers and biases that women face every day. It’s about creating momentum, driving urgency, and taking bold steps to ensure women everywhere have equal opportunities.   Gender equality benefits everyone; it's not just a women’s issue. It fuels innovation, strengthens economies, and builds healthier, more resilient societies.   This International Women’s Day, we honour the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women worldwide. It’s a day to celebrate new beginnings, much like the name NatAlli itself, inspired by Natalia, derived from the Latin natalis, meaning ‘birthday,’ ‘start,’ or ‘sunrise.’   Inspired by extraordinary women like Nataliia Velychko, NatAlli is helping these women rebuild their lives and make meaningful contributions to their communities and economies.   𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲!

  • This article from The Conversation UK highlights the struggles of Ukrainian women refugees, who, despite their high levels of education, often find themselves as single heads of households after fleeing to safety. While their qualifications position them well for employment, they face significant challenges in rebuilding their lives.   At NatAlli, we’re stepping up to help. Through our mentoring program, we aim to empower these women to become successful entrepreneurs or innovators within existing companies. Our vision is to support them in rebuilding Ukraine’s economy and society.   Despite their qualifications, which position them well for employment, they face barriers such as language gaps, unfamiliar job markets, and the emotional toll of displacement.   The article emphasises the need for targeted support to help these women integrate into new communities and rebuild their lives. Education and skills are their strengths, but access to networks, mentorship, and resources is critical to unlocking their potential.   Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/dUXyuTNx   #NatAlli #ErasmusPlus #UkrainianWomen #WomenEmpowerment #Mentorship #ProfessionalDevelopment

  • Today, on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we honour the brilliance, resilience, and innovation of women who have transformed the world through science. From Marie Curie to Katherine Johnson, their legacies remind us that curiosity knows no gender.   At NatAlli, we are creating a mentoring program to empower well-educated Ukrainian women to become successful entrepreneurs or innovators within existing companies. We are building an online community where women can connect, share knowledge, and learn from one another. By encouraging collaboration and the exchange of experiences between women at various stages of their careers, we’re creating a powerful network of support and inspiration.   Let’s celebrate the women who dare to innovate and the allies who stand beside them. Together, we can build a future where every woman has the tools and opportunities to succeed.   #NatAlli #ErasmusPlus #UkrainianWomen #WomenEmpowerment #Mentorship #ProfessionalDevelopment

We’re thrilled to share that NatAlli was recently spotlighted at a major convention of Ukrainian organisations in Dublin, Ireland, supported by Community Foundation Ireland. The event brought together 28 Ukrainian-led organisations and featured endorsements from prominent figures including Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa and Ambassador Gerasko Larysa.   Funded by Erasmus+, NatAlli empowers Ukrainian women through mentorship, helping them integrate, advance careers, and build entrepreneurial skills. Based on our 2024 findings, we’re developing a tailored mentoring programme to support women across Ireland, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Germany.   Read more about our journey and impact in our latest blog: https://lnkd.in/dk8a5z3z   #NatAlli #ErasmusPlus #UkrainianWomen #WomenEmpowerment #Mentorship #ProfessionalDevelopment

  • Navigating bureaucracy in a new country presents significant challenges for highly educated Ukrainian women refugees. Everyday tasks are often complicated by unfamiliar administrative procedures and an overwhelming amount of paperwork. The extensive documentation requirements, repeated requests, and long waiting periods create immense frustration and delay access to vital services and opportunities. These bureaucratic hurdles not only slow practical integration but also place a psychological burden on individuals striving to rebuild their lives and contribute to their host communities. Simplifying these processes, providing clear guidance, and establishing refugee-friendly support systems are crucial for empowering refugees and ensuring their successful integration. Addressing these barriers is essential to creating more inclusive and accessible systems for those seeking a fresh start.
