PGIM Ireland were delighted to attend the launch of the second Annual Report of the Ireland's Women in Finance Charter held at Dublin Castle recently. The launch of the report by Minister for Financial Services Neale Richmond TD, is an important milestone and highlights the significant progress that has been made since the Charter was established.     PGIM Ireland is proud to be a signatory of the Women in Finance Charter. In signing the Charter, we demonstrate to our employees, our prospective talent, our clients and the wider community that we are committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, rooted in the belief that this is not just the right thing to do, but is a prerequisite for PGIM’s long-term success and sustainability.  

PGIM Ireland was delighted to share in the celebration of the fantastic students at Ulster University Business School. Sarah Kinsley and Rachel Curran attended the awards ceremony to present Michelle Ryan with the PGIM-sponsored award for Highest Mark in Financial Accountancy.  A huge congratulations to Michelle on this wonderful achievement from PGIM Ireland!  Ulster University Global Business and Enterprise Ulster University Business School

The month of June was all about development at PGIM Ireland with our three week Development Spotlight Series! From business overviews and info mails to guest speakers and panel discussions, a lot was packed into the series 😅 With Talent Development a strategic priority for businesses across the globe, it is vital that companies leverage their internal talent and expertise to support development across their business. Thankfully at PGIM Ireland, we have no shortage of either! Thank you to everyone who participated in the Donegal Tech Advocates event, which took place on June 17th in the fantastic PGIM Ireland facilities in Letterkenny. Engaging and interactive discussions focused on Talent & Upskilling within the Tech Sector across Donegal! We heard from several businesses on how they benefitted from various supports available on a regional and national level for upskilling, the impact that those supports has had on their business in relation to staff attraction and retention, and all the exciting opportunities going forward in this area. #DonegalTechAdvocates

It was an absolute honour to MC this years Irish Funds Annual Global Funds Conference. So much was covered on the day with some stand out updates from Ireland’s Minister for Finance, Michael McGrath TD who talked about close collaboration in the industry and how it has been the hallmark of success in Ireland. He also touched on Ireland’s reputation for a well regulated environment, the industry’s competitiveness and its role in developing Capital Markets Union. Then we turned to how artificial intelligence will transform the industry. This was followed by an update from Derville Rowland from the Central Bank of Ireland. A packed agenda continued with Saker Nusseibeh CBE keynote on sustainability in investing and an excellent address from Mairead McGuinness discussing Capital Markets Union and the importance of financial literacy. The day was closed out with a keynote address from Neale Richmond TD Minister of State at the Department of Finance and then a final session with Martin Gilbert Chairman of Revolut.

We hope you felt PGIM Ireland’s innovative spirit, collaborative culture, and dedication to excellence in everything we do. We appreciate the Government’s focus on developing Ireland’s global asset management sector through the Ireland for Finance Action Plan. Competitiveness, skills, innovation, and the development of the private assets industry are important ingredients as we continue to grow and build more business-critical services for PGIM global operations.

Our team had a fantastic evening at the jobs fair in the London Irish Centre, Camden. A great initiative from Donegal County Council to showcase the wonderful opportunities Donegal has to offer.
