Another Week at Property Bridges, Another Project Successfully Repaid! We are pleased to inform our lenders that our Grangegorman project is now fully repaid. This project saw the construction of 5 new A-rated apartments by an experience homebuilder with a professional team. The building has completely transformed a underutilised urban infill site behind a historic archway set back from Prussia Street. It's very satisfying turning derelict brownfield land into valuable, useful space for people to now call home. Investors in the earlier tranches made 7.5% per annum with the investors in the latter tranches making 9% per annum. A total of €1,312,670 has been repaid to lenders and is now in lender e-wallets.
