The Minister for Health recently published a report from the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Rising Cost of Health-Related claims. The Group, chaired by Professor Rhona Mahony, examined key themes surrounding claims and established strategic priorities and recommendations to improve the process of healthcare litigation.
