About us
Set up by recruiters and marketers, we have all spent at least 10,000 hours doing what we do so we are experts. Social Media was never designed or intended to use for recruitment, but it is where your candidates are hanging out, especially the passive ones. First, we had ads in the newspaper, then came the job boards, there was always networking in the mix, the problem now is no one goes to the paper anymore and job boards give an impersonal, poorly branded and expensive option with no screening ability. While the process of finding a job was evolving, there were always recruitment agencies, normally ahead of the curve, and not prepared to share what they know and do to find candidates with their clients.
