Congratulations to WH Scott & Son Engineers Ltd on their recent acquisition of one of the UK’s premier lifting equipment companies, RHC Lifting Limited. The acquisition is a major step in WH Scott Group’s UK growth strategy. Post-transaction the Group will employ c. 300 people. This makes the combined group the largest independent lift solutions provider in the UK and Ireland. #PrivateEquity
