Find a comfortable spot on your yoga mat, either sitting or lying down, and immerse yourself in the healing music performed by the tutor. The melodic sounds of instruments such as Gongs, Tibetan bowls and Rain Sticks can help centre your mind and induce relaxation. These soothing sounds have also been said to enhance focus and improve your sleep quality. Adults of all ages are welcome to join, and after each session, there will be an option to stay for a cup of herbal tea and meet other class participants. In our attempt to be more environmentally friendly, we recommend all participants to bring their own reusable cup. What a fantastic night at the Business to Arts Awards 2024 at the National Concert Hall, Dublin. The RIAM Spotlight Awards celebrate the diverse achievements of some of the almost 30,000 students who take RIAM music and drama exams and assessments annually through annual concerts in each province, culminating in a spectacular Spotlight Gala Concert in the Whyte Recital Hall at RIAM. These awards celebrate excellence in creative and cultural partnerships. Pianists Sir András Schiff and Imogen Cooper, cellist Natalie Clein, the Leonkoro Quartet, Jordi Savall and Hesperion XXI and Lieder duo, Christian Gerhaher and Gerold Huber were all announced to perform Dublin's Whyte Recital Hall at RIAM at the Series Dublin programme launch yesterday evening. I have had so much fun working on this. Majorly because I love this trend and using it to make something cool for Certified Proud was a really fun task! 📝I got to write a script and collaborate with the wonderful people at Royal Irish Academy of Music - RIAM and Goosebump Ltd What added to the excitement of working on this was the creative freedom given by Donya Anvari & Eve Kerton! Can’t say this enough- truly the coolest people to work with! 🫶🏽 And a little personal victory- I am extremely camera shy and putting myself out there scares me but here’s to more such videos, learning and having fun at work 🎥👩💻
