Experience a tranquil hour of mind-body connection through instrumental percussion in a meditative sound session. Find a comfortable spot on your yoga mat, either sitting or lying down, and immerse yourself in the healing music performed by the tutor. The melodic sounds of instruments such as Gongs, Tibetan bowls and Rain Sticks can help centre your mind and induce relaxation. These soothing sounds have also been said to enhance focus and improve your sleep quality. Adults of all ages are welcome to join, and after each session, there will be an option to stay for a cup of herbal tea and meet other class participants. In our attempt to be more environmentally friendly, we recommend all participants to bring their own reusable cup. Start date 📅 : Saturday 19 October For more information and to book your place, please visit https://lnkd.in/eQ7gY886

Unfortunately, it wasn't to be for RIAM, John Mc Evoy, Adam Kendellen, Deborah Kelleher & Clinch Wealth Management Ltd, Tom Clinch, Mary Warner, and the Wigmore Hall Festival in the kmend.com Arts Partnership Award, but it was great to see the vast array of initiatives and amazing partnerships that connect arts organisations & businesses together. We are thrilled to announce the launch of the RIAM Spotlight Awards, previously called High Acheivers, made possible by the support of Ace Autobody. The RIAM Spotlight Awards celebrate the diverse achievements of some of the almost 30,000 students who take RIAM music and drama exams and assessments annually through annual concerts in each province, culminating in a spectacular Spotlight Gala Concert in the Whyte Recital Hall at RIAM. The Spotlight Awards will recognise not just the most talented musicians and actors, but also those who have made significant achievements or developments on their own terms, despite any adverse challenges or obstacles to their creative development. RIAM is thrilled to share that our partnership with Clinch Wealth Management Ltd for the Wigmore Hall Festival Dublin has been nominated for a prestigious Business to Arts Award in the Kmend Arts Partnership category. These awards celebrate excellence in creative and cultural partnerships. Our partnership with Clinch aligns perfectly with our company’s long-term strategy, core values and commitment to bringing world-renowned international performing artists to Dublin, so it is a huge honour for us to be recognised in this way. The partnership also allows for over 120 free tickets to the concerts for full-time music performance students. Working with the wonderful team at Clinch on this very special and unique partnership has been a complete pleasure, and we look forward to celebrating this joint achievement on 9th September at the annual awards event in the National Concert Hall.

Thank you Kerri O'Connell for supporting RIAM's Inspiring Futures Seat Campaign. A beautiful way to remember your grandparents. If you would like to find out how you can honour a family member, a loved one with a passion for music, or indeed your own love of music, by naming one of the few remaining seats in the Whyte Recital Hall, click on this link: https://lnkd.in/eWa9pyTm
Thinking of my grandparents today ..... This is the plaque on the seat I sponsored in the name of my 4 grandparents in the fabulous RIAM Whyte Recital Hall, Dublin. It honours their commitment to the education of their children and grandchildren 👩🎓 Gaeilge translates as 'Praise the young and they will flourish.' And I'm still proud of the involvement of my brother Rory O'Connell on this project .... Royal Irish Academy of Music - RIAM Deborah Kelleher John Mc Evoy Adam Kendellen

I have had so much fun working on this. Majorly because I love this trend and using it to make something cool for Certified Proud was a really fun task! 📝I got to write a script and collaborate with the wonderful people at Royal Irish Academy of Music - RIAM and Goosebump Ltd What added to the excitement of working on this was the creative freedom given by Donya Anvari & Eve Kerton! Can’t say this enough- truly the coolest people to work with! 🫶🏽 And a little personal victory- I am extremely camera shy and putting myself out there scares me but here’s to more such videos, learning and having fun at work 🎥👩💻
We might be a little late to the trend but being Certified Proud never goes out of style! 🏳️🌈 We teamed up with the members of the Certified Proud Family Royal Irish Academy of Music - RIAM and Goosebump Ltd to show how we support the queer community!
