We're big advocates for Apprenticeship programmes at our company, and we have seen many young people like Ciaran and Henrikas launch successful careers through apprenticeships at Robotics and Drives. These programmes enable them to get on-the-job training and work experience, whilst completing their academic qualifications. Some of our qualified apprentices have even remained with us as valued, long-term members of our team.
