  • How do you support someone at work when they’re going through a tough time? Sometimes, a simple gesture – like checking in over a coffee, lending a hand with their workload, or simply being there to listen – can make a big difference. Or perhaps a teammate once supported you in a way that truly made a difference. • Today is Self-Harm Awareness Day. Understanding how to have conversations about self-harm is really important in reducing the stigma that can be a huge barrier to people opening up and getting support with it. We know lots of people find it difficult to know the right thing to say if someone they care about is self-harming, so we’ve teamed up with our friend Dr Amir Khan to share some tips to help you have that conversation. If you or someone you care about is struggling with self-harm and you need someone to listen, we're here on 116 123.
