    Great panel this afternoon NEXT Pharma Summit CX & AI on Enhancing Customer Experience: From Strategy to Tactics. Here are key insights. Ahead of the event, we did an exclusive interview with Cicek Aydin (Tilley), MBA, Marketing Director, EMD Serono, Inc. As the director of marketing for the HIV endocrinology division, Aydin is responsible for a 27-year-old legacy HIV treatment product. Her challenge is to grow an established brand, building on real world evidence data. Below is a summary of key aspects of her digital marketing approach. 👉 How to grow brand awareness around established medicines “We’re looking at our clinical trial data and looking into new data cuts and analysis to help keep the information on brand interesting and for our customers to learn more about our brand.” This approach can give food for thought to other Pharma Marketing Managers looking to revitalise established brands. 👉 Biggest digital marketing lessons learned in 2024 The key is piloting different non-personal programs, regardless of the product. “We just found out the results, and we had a twelve-to-one ROI which was based on a very conservative net profit-based calculation, “ Aydin explains, adding “These pilots need patience since you need some time to measure performance, a good six to nine months” 💥 Biggest lesson learned for other Pharma Marketing Managers: ·        To never give up trying new things. ·        Piloting provides a good opportunity to present to other marketers within the company what her team did and why it was successful, despite working with legacy product. ·        Based on her previous effort in another role to establish a social media guideline, such an approach was a huge effort, requiring working closely with the legal and regulatory departments to deliver solid processes to leverage social media channels. 👉 Biggest hurdle to overcome in 2024 to get more effective customer engagement "For me, it’s how we can leverage AI tools and marketing," Aydin notes. 💥 Key lessons for other pharma marketing executives: ·        EMD Serono has formed an “AI Champions” cross-functional group. ·        They evaluate all available AI tools within the company. ·        Figuring out AI and it’s benefits sooner than later matters. The NEXT Pharma Summit, because of its focus on AI, will help. 👉 New tactics for 2025 digital engagement Aydin is working on global Digital Health Solutions (DHS).  “We will be launching a new DHS at the beginning to 2025, a super exciting tool that will help patients identify their symptoms and have conversations with their healthcare professionals sooner.” She concludes: “We’ve done a lot of research and defined our patient’s journey and understood why how, and where a digital health solution may meet some of their needs.” Full interview related to the “Enhancing Customer Experience, from Strategy to Tactics” Day 1 panel : https://lnkd.in/etkvxQp5
