Tired of spending hours or days pricing custom projects? ⏰💸 I hear it all the time: "I can't productise my services; every project is unique." I used to think the same. It’s the nature of creative and tech work, right? But here’s the thing—even those bespoke projects are made up of components. Your services, skills, and expertise, just in different configurations—like LEGO blocks. For example, take a Gamified Course App. I know from experience that certain gamification features will either be in the scope or pop up as requests during the project. This is where a service library can save hours of back-and-forth. 🗂️ After each project, I break down what we delivered, tag the components, and add them to our service library—complete with base-level pricing. (Yes, it varies by project, but it’s a solid starting point.)
