    How do you connect with your customers post purchase? In most cases, packaging is the first point of contact you have with your customers.     Increasing QR code scan rate by 300%? The question often get's asked, how do I ensure my customer scans a QR code on my packaging? There are a number of ways to improve scan rate, but the call to action you place next to the QR code is the most critical element of all. Previously customers would scan a QR code, as they were curious as to what a QR code was and where they would get taken But nowadays customers are familiar with QR codes and need a clear reason to take their phone out and scan that QR code. This is where CTA's play a crucial role as they are essentially telling the customer what they can expect once they scan the QR code. If you look at the example below, our Spredella CTA gives the customer 4 reasons to scan the QR code (Recipes,Socials,Feedback,Info). This is far more effective than "Scan for more info", or "Scan to find out more". So get creative, keep it short and sweet, put yourself in the customers shoes and get multiple opinions. CTAs will dramatically increase the rate of scanning from your customers.
